P&C have been renewing our helpdesk system to offer customers the best possible end to end support. The system will allow customers to create a ticket online with a description of there issue and get a quick response from one of our support team. This system will be live at the end of the month and we'll be contacting customers soon with further details of how to operate the system. Please feel free to provide feedback and suggestions of any improvements going forward.
