We’ve been reviewing our helpdesk facilities after securing contract extensions with many of our existing customers.
We are currently looking to recruit another member of the team to offer support via 1st line calls through our support desk.
As a part of this revamp, we aim to improve our guidelines and streamline our help desk to reflect the frameworks that are now in place, but we also want to meet future regulation around GDPR.
The process has started, and recruitment consultants have been appointed. We hope to achieve the accreditations within Q1 of 2018.
