P&C have been renewing our helpdesk system to offer customers the best possible end to end support. The system will allow customers to create a ticket online with a description of there issue and get a quick response from one of our support team. On June 7, 2016 WatchGuard announced the acquisition of the HawkEye G threat detection and response technology from Hexis Cyber Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of KEYW. By integrating the HawkEye G technology, WatchGuard will be able to offer customers a fully integrated, easy-to-deploy solution from network to endpoint, for addressing all four vectors of network security – prevention, detection, correlation, and response.
